snowy days have turned into rainy ones......into milder and brighter ones....
a special friend stopped by with a bouquet of beautiful fresia's yesterday and a tea cup
in the most soothing shade of pink. it had crossed her mind that i actually had enough cups but this special shade of pink convinced her that i needed this one...(so happy for that)....*smiling*.... and one can't really get enough cups right!?....ha-ha....
i have spent the last days doing some "slow-tidying" of my creative room/guest room while ryan adams lovely album "ashes & fire" have been playing on repeat....i have been drinking endless cups of tea and eating dark chocolate with blackcurrants.....and doing a little bit of tidying in between of course....*smiling*...
a while back the sweet hermine made me this lovely tote bag.
i am a big admirer of her work!! looking forward to start using it, want to wait for spring!
hermine needed a pair of mittens so i knitted her a pair. and i am happy to see, and know,
that she loves them and uses them a lot.....it ALWAYS feel very special to me when someone is wearing something that i have made for them........my heart bursts with happiness every single time!!!!!!!
i won something lovely and beautiful yesterday!!!! sweet sonia had a celebration give away at her blog and i ended up with becoming the VERY lucky one, i feel spoiled and happy...*smiling*...

The cup is very pretty and I agree that one can never have enough :)

ReplyDeleteoh my that is the sweetest bag and i really like that you knit for hermine, these are treasures for both of you to love. i really like tidying the creative space, especially if it can be a slow process like you said, with good music for company. enjoy your new pink tea cup!
