One of my friends gave me a homemade knitted teatowel and kitchencloth for my birthday last year and they have both become favourites. I use them a lot, not just because it is a cherished gift that makes me happy but also because they are so good and comfortable to use. I am thinking about making some myself too and give away to friends as birthdaygifts. As soon as spring arrives i will start taking cuttings from my Pilea plant so i can grow them into small plants and give them away together with these teatowels and/or kitchencloths. I usually take cuttings from my Geraniums but this year i would like to try it on my Pilea too. I love both giving and receiving homemade gifts.......feels so special......*smiling*...
I think i will make some similar to these in the photo by Amimono.
