...into a new year

I always turn reflective towards the end of a year....actually i think it is a nice thing because among other things it makes me more aware of what i want to try to focus on in the new year that lies ahead. My fysical health forces me to make less plans and do more of the "one day at a time" living........something i still find very hard from time to time.
For me the last year(s) has been a lesson in the fact that what one chooses to see creates ones reality......what one focuses on brightens or darkens ones days...
So i will continue to use this wisdom that this experience is giving me to activly again and again choose to focus on what i am actually well enough to still do when the sadness of all the thing i can not do anymore hits me...because it will......and i will continue to open myself towards the Beauty of life that always is there waiting to be embraced....even in times of challenge....
I will go into this new year with Lauras beautiful image, of the view outside her window, in my mind's eye:
i will look at life...my life....as just as breathtakingly beautiful, open and wide as the nature that sourrounds her home...
