OH MY GOSH, i am so in love with this dress....with everything about it! The shape and the fabric is so beautiful. The sewing pattern is on the way to my postbox but i have a hard time finding a bird fabric. Do some of you have some ideas of where to look because i don't know of many Fabric Shops on the web
and i must admit that Norway doesn't have very much to choose from when it comes to fabrics like this.....
A beautiful autumn day here today: the sun is shining and everything in nature seems to be dressed in warm golden colors....i LIKE autumn....*smiling*...
And some cat power:

Hi there, it may not be the exact kind of fabric you are looking for but LilaRubyKing's etsy shop has some beautiful fabrics. Here is the link to copy and paste:

Hope it helps! xx
If you like drawing and make your own patterns (and can't find the fabric you like) I would give http://www.spoonflower.com/welcome a try - making your "own" fabric. I haven't tried it myself but seen some folk out in blogosphere (such as tiny happy, soulemama) try it and seeming satisfied with the result.
ReplyDeleteSpoonflower is a great place to buy original designs V.

The silk fabric is stunning, as is the voile - the quality of the fabric and printing is really, really good...
