Golden days and sensing a little bit of autumn in the air...


 
 





When i had my friend visiting, Norway showed itself from it's most charming side:
endless sun and warmth. The summer weather here this year has been quite a sad thing, lots and lots of rain so it was very lovely with some sunny and warm days.
I am sensing a little bit of autumn in the air already but i am saying to myself that it is just an imagination for i am not quite ready for autumn yet....what about you?

  1. It's the same here, days are a bit shorter and the occassional leaf is turning on the tree.
    Unlike Norway, we've been quite hot here and I look forward to some relief.
    As always, lovely photos...

  2. Our summer has been so terribly hot and dry. I've welcomed the recent rain and cooler weather. But, then again, I'm a winter girl.

  3. I like summertime, but it was so hot here, that somehow I long for autumn with it's golden light and fresh, earthy air. It gives me feeling of respite and slowing down.

  9. After our long and very warm summer, I'm ready for the crispness of autumn. Our nights have begun to pick up a bit of that. Besides, autumn is my very favorite season.
